Platnez · Privacy Policy

Our apps collect nothing.

Not your name, not your location, not your heart rate, not an anonymous identifier. There is no account to create and no server to send anything to. This page explains exactly what that means.

These are the fourteen categories Google Play asks every developer to declare. Ours are empty. We have no analytics, no advertising SDK, no crash reporter, and no network calls of our own.

Who we are

Szymon Łukaszewski - Just Money, operating as Platnez, is the data controller for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our address and contact details are at the bottom of this page.

What this covers

Every app we publish on Google Play under the Platnez name. Today that means our Wear OS watch faces. As we release more apps, this page is updated before they ship, and the date at the top changes.

What we collect

Nothing. Our watch faces contain no executable code — they are declarative files the Wear OS system renders on your watch. They cannot open a network connection, because there is nothing in them that could.

We do not know how many times you looked at your watch, which face you chose, what colour you set it to, or that you exist.

What your watch face displays

A watch face can show your step count, heart rate, battery level, or the weather. Those values are supplied by your watch to the face at the moment it draws, and they are drawn and forgotten.

To be precise: the face renders a number on glass. It does not store that number, does not send it anywhere, and we never see it. Your heart rate stays between you and your watch.

Your settings

When you pick a colour or a variant, that choice is stored by the Wear OS watch face system on your device. It never reaches us. Uninstall the face and the setting goes with it.

Purchases

Paid apps and in-app purchases are handled entirely by Google Play. Google processes your payment and tells us nothing about you — we receive aggregate sales figures, not identities. We never see your card, your name, or your address.

Google's handling of that transaction is governed by the Google Privacy Policy, not by this one.

Sharing and retention

We share nothing, because we hold nothing. There are no third parties, no data processors, no ad networks, and no analytics vendors. There is no retention period, because there is no data to retain.

Children

Our apps are suitable for all ages and collect no data from anyone, including children under 13.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in our case the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).

In practice there is nothing for us to give you, correct, or delete. If you would like us to confirm that in writing, email us and we will.

Changes to this policy

If this ever changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the previous version stays available on request. Our commitment does not soften: any future app that collects anything will say so here, in plain words, before it ships.
